It took awhile for me to get to where I enjoy it. I especially like the cash allowance. Didn't have to pay anything to get my kid's braces, using that cash allowance awhile ago.

What's a cash allowance?
They've been reducing the executive plan for years.
It's almost the same as the regular plan giving higher levels less reason to stay and they are the ones who have the company on their backs most of the time.
How did you find this out? Do you have any links or emails about this you can share?
Oh. BTW. Qualcomm self-insures. They only use UHC to administer.
Personally, now that I'm already beyond that, I think the bar is too low to get the executive health plan. It should be set higher than simply someone that is a Senior Staff Engineer.
