Poor HR guys, till march they were obsessed with forcing people who are on bench to serve 3 months notice period(if they found job outside while on bench as there are no projcts inside)
they seems to have found themselves in unfamiliar terrain. PDAC guys who used to pose that big projects are coming and forced people to sit on bench by not allocating to projects, nowadays are busy finding jobs outside
MSO PDAC most affected as the fake internal rotation and reallocation is nonexistent now. Ajjay guindy looks a bored and distraught
sympathies for those HR guys, Having to deal with people who need to be fired is one of hardest HR responsibilities.
Many a times they get caught between management and resources who make conflicting demands. many a time HR folks themselves will become so disturbed by the actions they had to take that they themselves will leave the firm.
Interestingly all Sr HR managers seem to be taking hands off approach, are actually forcing the ground level HR to be very rude and For Example Cheatra beri who insurance HR, changes her team of Jr HR team every years (and keeps her own position safe). this time the plan seems to be to fire abhishake and preeyaank for mishandling the entire process
