People can tell their truth of what happened to them. Saying otherwise is Fossil blackmailing its employees on top of being being a traitor to its hardworking American employers. Everyone speak and share your truth. Nothing will happen to you by sharing your story and the truth. Every big lawyer attorney would be all over Fossil if they pulled someone's severance over blackmail. That's what it would be. Now that would get Fossil all over the news!

No trolling, say what you want. Just use caution. I don't want anyone to jeopardize their severance. What a troll I am. I went in the first round of layoffs, I'm not beholden to Fossil.
I think if people spread the layoff link on their Facebook/ Twitter feed the word about fossil would spread like wildfire. It is just posting an informative link and letting the sight speak for itself
Haha there are fossil execs trolling this sight. You can tell your story and not give your name. Also if you are speaking the truth, you aren't talking bad about the company, you are just telling what happened to you and tons of other people.
There is a part of the severance package that says you won't talk bad about the company.
Mitch - thanks for giving this issue a voice in the media. I was afraid that there might have been an unofficial "gag order" on this story set by Fossil Group. There is still a suspiciously low amount of this news in the Fashion media like Women's Wear Daily. Are there any Fashion reporters willing to spread it to their global readership? Stock prices be damned, the truth must get out. Fashion bloggers- here's a real story. Drop the trend reporting and get serious for a moment.
