Look for more RIFS and closings coming soon. The restructuring plans call for teach outs at campuses with very low student population and little to dropping enrollment numbers. ECMC is not going to continue losing millions on schools that are not showing significant improvements by the end of summer. The fall start has always been the largest enrollment of the year and schools that don't make the numbers will be taught out. No students, no income, no employees, simple math. ECMC was picked by the DOE to either turn the schools around or wind them down with the least impact on the department.
