ITT execs are not "in jail". The SEC charged ITT ESI and it's top 2 execs with fraud, but as any CJ instructor (or hell, any ITT/CCi CJ student) you have to be charged with a crime to go to jail. SEC is a REGULATORY authority, so their charges of fraud would be civil charges. They won't go to jail until the FBI charges them with Title 18 violations (which they hopefully will in the not too distant future).
