The model was not the biggest problem. Their problems started when they put ignorant history major idiots to run their company. The history major got there by running over other people's lives and careers. He always says "we need more bandwidth" to any computer issues. His ability to lead shows on their stock price. Jail time is in order.
They probably will, but ITT's business model was always built on greed and simply isn't sustainable anymore. They can infuse as much taxpayer money as they want, it will bleed out and just raise the ultimate cost down the road.
For now, ESI still has Republican operative Vin Weber and Democratic power player Richard Blum on their side.
