Thread regarding Syntel Inc. layoffs

Next big layoff is in iFedex and cAmex account 1000 people in 15 days

Next big layoff target will be 500 from ifedex account and 1000 from cAmex account as client not happy with quality of syntel work.

so resource is root cause and will layoff. managers good team member not technical.

ifedex testing project manager all non technical no domain knowledge or technical knowledge, no people management, just run around pashant jar and butter him by giving parties.

ifedex development project manager dont know coding, projct mgmt, just shoout on people to do work fast, no knowledge, no guidance to new team member

Syntel stock price has zoomed over the years.. Yahoo revenue. Also down in q4. American giants like Bank of America. Outsourcing. Work to companies based in 3rd world country like India helps Hindu Engineers gain employment in coding IT companies. Are heavily dependent. On foreign companies for its survival.
