OP is correct. They have no idea about the education business. No, we are not going to teach them. It must be the other way around. They need to teach us or hire competent people who can coach and empower us to become better employees for our students. Unfortunately, students is not part of their thoughts as our students become dollar signs for them as soon as they enroll and start class. What a shame!
