No reason either should see layoffs. It should mean more jobs for both.
Not necessarily true. ATT is hacking 10% in some depts and up to 20% in others. ATT still needs DTV folks. See the blood bath on the ATT side of this website.
As far as who goes, will be more likely DTV employees,
