Yes....the HRs and Managers should be fired first as they are useless people. dont work at all...just do chamchagiri
I completely agree, they use all their ruthlessess and arrogance while asking to resign people..there is absolutely no humanity whatsoever..
if the company is going down, they should remember that there job is also on fire..i hope syntel fires all HRs are done with there layof so they get a taste of their own medicine!!!
