It's hard enough to find anyone that knows what's going on for any support, but now we're going what little good help we have to external consultants that won't have the faintest idea about our environments?

I hope HP offers IT support in foreign language, English is my 3rd language (yes is very common for people outside USA to speak two languages)
Yup. Say good bye to itcs/help desk and hello to HP outsourcing. Enjoy the terrible accents and overall lack on knowledge of what's going on.
