HR senior leadership is a JOKE at Weatherford. They are not HR "leaders"... they are HR "lackeys". The only people they "support" or care about are the business leaders.... They don't care about their own employees... they are in business to make sure the VP's are happy... and. that. is. it. The good HR employees have started to figure this out and will bail ship... and what they are left with will be just want karma provides them. Not enough bench strength to hold a 2lb weight. And then - they'll be left with Kelly recruiters and right back where they started from. They deserve it. When the dust settles, Weatherford will again be too far behind to keep up - because HR leadership doesn't have the backbone to stand up to the business leaders.
