The janitors shoudn't be ruled out here. It's possible to say that one of these employees might have seen or heard something at sometime during the heyday. You know, like moanin' and grinding and pounding behind closed door.

Amen 927! I worked at a CCi campus as well as CSC. DOA pretty much followed what the Regional and ELT conveyed. I saw the stress placed on my CPs. We went through several during my stay. Great business folks but they had to do what they were told. We did well on the SOX audits and no temp agencies used. Great DOCS! Suck it 846.

It's Durbin's fault as much as anyone's that CCI collapsed. Let's make him pay.

846 sounds just like an ELT member. Seems they have been posting here for months and are quick to respond to posts here calling for jail time. Every time they give the same excuse: the campus employees are the only ones to blame for any dishonesty. Of course, they know that's not true. They know they have a legal duty as officers of the company to police and ensure their campus employees are complying with the law. And they know it's no defense to argue that they were ignorant about legal violations at the campuses because being willfully ignorant (looking the other way or not looking at all) is a violation of their duty to police and ensure legal compliance within the company. Just like they know paying temp agencies to employ grads for one day and count those as job placemens is dishonest. Which is most likely why they seem to be so worried about people calling for them to get jail time. Which is likely why they bother posting comments here trying to deflect attention from themselves and pointing the finger of blame at the campus employees. Well, what did you expect when you created a company culture where it was well known that it was just about numbers and so you'd better do whatever you have to do--hint, hint, whatever you have to do--to get your numbers up if you want to keep your job. When you create a company culture like that, when you give employees a reason and a motivation to lie, cheat, and steal, you can't get yourself off the hook by blaming employees for doing exactly what you incentivized them to do, and what you didn't try hard enough to prevent them from doing.

Jail time for these idiots will be a perfect redemption for all CCI students and employees. The sooner they but them in jail the better.

Nothings gonna happen to them.....every grade change, every attendance and every placement was input by campus personel. If any thing was done shady, which I doubt then it sticks to campus instructors and campus career services
