All those who posted comments and are affected by Syntel's cruel action, lets contact and meet at some common point. Chennai guys have logged a complaint against Syntel. why cant we unite and do something ?

Rajesh Save's comment is all bullshit. this is just to have their own gud appraisal . i have performed well last year and have recd good feedback from cleint Amex. still they have forced me to resign.
