BOUNCE..BOUNCE...BOUNCE... what is that? The sound of my severance check bouncing.. AND wait..what is that great big sucking sound? My bank charging me a bounced check fee... excellent goodbye CCi!!!.... GGGGRrrrrrrrrr....
201: I am not an attorney, but I suspect it is very difficult to sue a company that is in chapter 11, and even more diffcult to collect if you win. What attorney would spend/waste time on this?
Are you people stupid or what ?!!!
Your 401 K is your money!!!
Just take it out and roll it into your own IRA!! Jeesh!!!
From what I understand, the money we contributed to our 401k goes untouched and with us wherever we go.
So what does this mean regarding our 401k? Do we lose the percentage we contributed because of the BK?
I'm confused by this... they filed Chapter 11, which is reorganization rather than Chapter 7, which is liquidation. Does they mean that they have some sort of feeble plan to emerge from the rubble and do the same thing all over again?
So what does that mean for the class action lawsuit?
There goes class action lawsuit...
Good luck cashing those "severence checks".
What does this mean for Parthenon?
Hooray. This was a nice treat to see on a Monday. I got laid off several years ago for not being able to take the csc support center to the next level and lead them to their full potential. I have to say that the director and her backstabbing leadership team were totally right. I could never sink them to this level of failure. Great job, guys!!!!! Cci could never have sucked this bad without you!!!! You rock!!!
