I believe.. Syntel being a Monopoly company.. and decision will be taken by one head.. There are no Board of Directors to Manage or to get client.. Like other companies has WIPRO,Infosys,IBM,TCS,..etc there one BOD disagree then it will not be implement.. and things falls in place with Right decision...Not like SYNTEL..
