These fellas might not be Viacom employees but it's very strange they would let security go. Times Square location and these men also handled checking vehicles in the building garage...wtf?

NY has confirmed Freelancers and/or Permalancer's will NOT receive a severance package if they're let go. That's because they're not really employees of the company and they are at will workers so looks like they'll be S.O.L. So sad, one paycheck short of being in the soup line.
Why would they NOT do that? No one is indispensable. Entire departments are being wiped out, and its not over YET!
Hard to know...probably 10. These men stood outside each entrance on 44th and 45th. There was also a group in the garage under the building.
Really? Why would they do that? I wouldn't think that their salaries are breaking the bank. How many were laid off?
