Sam Lynn operates under the "quid pro BLOW" CCi nepotism hiring theory. He has now brought in not one but two female ITT rejects who previously worked UNDER him when he was Regional at ITT.
One as a CP who told several staff at Brandon in her mandatory "meet the new President and share" meetings that Sam has been wanting her there for as long as he has been with CCi. Next he also brings on another woman as a DOF who acts as lazy and know it all (not) as the joke she replaced. About this time he places yet another woman as CP in Largo. Seeing a pattern yet?? Hang on, not done yet.
Before this Sam was allowed by the Zenith "leaders" Troy and Mike who can't control him to cherry pick two female former RIFd Regional Crooks/VPs of Admissions on two of his ground campuses as DOAs to heavy hand (job) there.
Admissions reps that don't get RIFd are fed up and looking to leave with these two mistakes as bosses that can't fit in at the campus level and still use crooked Regional practices.
After Sam ran out of women to fill his needs he switched teams and brought in a former Anthem bankrupt regional reject as a teach out/close out CP in Lakeland that everybody from staff to students already hates. "What an idiot" was the first collective words out of everyone mouths after the first meeting.
Lastly Survivor Sam shares his gift of absurd and hires back a Dean to yet another campus that left CCi/Zenith for greener grass back when the going got tough.
Great morale boost all around Sam. Way to reward dedicated employees who stuck through the last year and kept the campuses running, bring in outsiders nobody wants or needs.
Zenith if any of you imbeciles in real power positions are reading this, Sam and all his last hired minions need to go.
