What is Syntel's real plan? I am hearing that more and more people are pushed to onsite/offshore bench if they are not on billable roles(which includes Technical Architects, PMs) etc, there clock starts ticking - when Syntel told them they were hired to manage multiple teams how can they force them to move to billable roles now?
Any recent firing? I heard it has slowed down now? Are they giving termination letter for disciplinary cases and relieving letter for forcing them to resign?
For terminations, we can sue the company but resignations we cant do anything, not sure if they are playing safe?
