UEI trying to bribe students with donuts and false promises!

Truly an eye opening experience. Yes I am days away from being unemployed but as bad as that is I would NOT be part of that sickening group of people that came to our campus for the past 2 days! Slimy. shady, used car salesman tactics - even blocking students so they couldn't meet with the other schools allowed on campus. Telling students their instructor was hired so they could stay with her and offering donuts to students waiting to pick up their transcripts, telling them "You don't want to live the Everest experience again do you? - Let UEI take care of you!" - OMG they are out to kill this industry once and for all. They already lost their MA program once - the entire company needs to be flushed down the toilet.

Omg so sad when these slimy schools are out there seeing $$$$$. students do your homework and research the school you are planning to attend. I would not recommend UEI or North West College ( most of the employees from UEI are now with North West in executive positions). Ask if you're considered a teach out student because if you are they are not responsible in reporting your placement which means they get the $$$$. You get a certificate on worthless cheap paper but no help in finding a job

UEI here in Atlanta almost closed down they had so few students about a year ago. They had to shut down several of their programs and was on the verge of losing their accreditation. So going from Everest to UEI will be an easy translation

It is spelled Doughnut and not Donut. See.... UEI teaches shortcuts. Just like "through" is not spelled "thru"

I don't know anything about UEI, but I'd advise students to be wary of ANY for-profit school.

They approached me today trying to get me to visit their school. I wanted to stay with my instructor, she's always been good to us.. But now I worry if they are trustworthy, because their tactics were so slimy. I'm scared to follow my teacher worried if she is even making the best choice for all of us. If they are pressuring us I know they are pressuring our teacher, it all smells fishy and I have a very bad feeling.
