Worst top management... Now the Syntel has given 6% hike for E-20 rated resources and 4% hike for E-30 rated resources and 2% hike for E-45 resources and for some resources 0% hike.Thank god Syntel is not reducing some % from Current CTC and in coming days they might do that one also.
