Was all of the layoffs last week in IT? If so, was it only in OKC or did it migrate out to the assets? Also, is there any rumblings about other departments being hit in the near future (next year or two)?

There will be more. Data Services like IT will be the next big hit. These activities can be out sourced for a lower cost. Look for layoffs mid summer.
