If you work for Walgreens, you have a better chance of winning the LOTTO than keeping your position. QUIT NOW, QUIT NOW, QUIT NOW, QUIT NOW, QUIT NOW, QUIT NOW. All Walgreens stores will close effectively in 2017. Also note that Walgreens is NO LONGER a United States company!!!

Only 200 stores will close by then. You have a better chance of being relocated to another Walgreens as is happening to the hard working employees at my store. Sure 200 is a lot in terms of those employees and 200 is a big number to count to but in terms of the 8,300 stores Walgreens has nationwide, that 200 is chump change. However, it will save the company billions in the long run.
