He has no leadership skills whatsoever to lead the efforts of his 35+ reports, our group is failure and I feel ashame of belonging to it. The biggie is coming and he keeps hiring people for whom he doesn't really have a project. It seems he only wants to keep his headcount and replace the guys that have left for greener pastures.
BTW, something going on with the reviews, I know my review is getting boosted since people from other groups are very unhappy and complaining about our group not delivering. I always get all 5 starts but I know best is not real. I EVEN GOT MY RAISE AND BONUS WITHOUT THE REVIEW SHEET! That happened a few years ago.
