If the Heald Staff Have the Opportunity to file a Class Action Law Suit do former students that were promised job placement help, and got nothing out of the deal put a huge debt they have to repay even though they did not get hired because they were not properly educated can we file suit as well?
When will you stop your whining? Heald is owned by CCi and will go down with the rest of us. It was purchased in 2010 by CCi for the outrageous price of $365 million dollars. Ever since CCi has had a cash flow problem. Stop your preaching about being holier than thou. Retards
Waste of time, waste of money. They WERE a part of CCI, doesn't matter if they glowed in the dark at night from their purity they will still get smacked down simply because they agreed to merge and inherit all the problems and crooked culture of CCI.

Other findings were because it was not stated students also found their own jobs... Where in the online disclosure does it allow any school system to explain that.
500 of those finding was for one error on the explanation of the placement formula. They got a finding for every campus, every program and each level of program... Diploma, degree and AA. Only 16 of over 12'000 records were off placement situations. They were not the norm
