TSC is having turnover and contractors leave because of the working environment of the MSB Shit Pit. The bridge team has had 2 of the 3 leave after moving down there. The place sucks!!! Bruce Mellusi is a moron. It sucks more with the Bruce Mellusi foot kisser MSB kiss butts.
The comment below to just "deal with it." is common RJ culture in upper or middle management. The only other thing I can think is they have been on their knees for some time. My reply to the comment would be that most are probably looking for a way out. Unfortunately, you are brainwashed to think this is just the way it is and to take the abuse. Integrity and treating people right is not in the RJ training handbook for the people that don't put on the lipstick. If you are in middle management, I hope you make the most of your off site round table time with a suite and dinners to decide the outcome of people's lives based on your friendships while you run up the bar tab. Your time will come when the club members are fending for themselves.
I do work for my paycheck. It is just amazing how crappy the management can make things though. People ARE leaving instead of dealing with the crappy decisions. Just ask the TSC, Web Operations, CMO,... all have deep double digit turnover in the last 12 months. The common denominator........All Bruce Mellusi and MaryShannon departments. I believe the numbers and feet speak for themselves.
