Pursuant to California Code of Regulations, Title 5, section 75150, subdivision (d) and Government Code section 11460.40, the Bureau for Private Postsecondary Education (Bureau) hereby notifies Corinthian Colleges, Inc. and any of its subsidiaries that operate Everest College and WyoTech locations in California (lnstitutionL and Jack Massimino, Chairman and CEO of Corinthian Schools, Inc., that upon close of business on April 23, 2015, the attached Emergency Decision will become effective. The Emergency Decision will order the Institution to CEASE ENROLLMENT OF ANY NEW STUDENTS IN ALL PROGRAMS at all of the following locations:

We already knew about this. We were told the week of break that all Everests and Wyotechs were going into a teach out and not enorlling any new students.See the 4/17 date?
"Upon close of business on April 23rd, 2015" means the decision is in effect at the end of the business day on the 23rd.
Heald is going to die a default death because it's owned by Corinthian. No money, no school. Best case scenario, short time frame teach out. (Real short ). My guess is closed within the month.

Heald is not under BPPE authority but, the DOE's charges against them included not being able to enroll any new students starting with this week. Bye Bye!
