Integrity is only a floor tile at the core of the Energy Center rotunda. Ben Williams can say, with a straight face, that "in fact we are looking to increase our staff", while he is referring to bringing in more Accenture folks.
Meet him in an elevator and his face will be lowered into his phone. His strategic partnership has changed Devon IT into an outsourced organization. Nothing wrong with that as a Ben has to break new ground for his bonus. But Devon needs to replace that floor tile and refer to improving the Accenture community, not Oklahoma, on its Community Relations marketing slogans.
