to the people who say they are faculty and trash each other. They dumbed down this forum almost to the same extent they dumbed down the classrooms with exclamation points, cartoons, and overzealous assertions of empathy. AWKWARD to be anywhere near you.

I wasn't talking about just online classes. There is more to the Zenith circus than Everest Online. These students do not do well in classroom settings either.
923, you are mistaken. Zenith will not survive because students who cannot read, write, or think critically simply don't do well in the online learning environment. While the faculty trash each other, the PLs and the PDs, the root cause of the real problem goes on and on.
People are frustrated and stressed because they know their jobs aren't safe. It's normal reaction to the uncertainty of of this circus. By trashing others they are trying to convince themselves that they are not part of the problem. When people get scared they point fingers at others saying it's all their fault. Zenith will never survive with the employees they have because they are too busy complaining and blaming everyone else.
