100, but when you don't use employee performance as one of the determining factors you lose good employees while keeping bad ones. When you terminate 25% of the instructors by random, you may have just left some of your best instructors go. The students see this and realize it's all about money and not their education.

I don't know 027 but the word vitriol will earn lotsa bonus points in scrabble if positioned appropriately. The word/s "pseudomanagement" is not allowed in scrabble, but the terms "prominently", "mangled", and "vocabulary" certainly are. Maybe someone could ask the APA goddess if we have hit rock bottom.

No one is trashing the faculty except you, so you can congratulate yourself for "dumbing down this forum" and also for presenting a clear example of the level of immaturity and vitriol common among the abusive pseudo-management the faculty deals with on a daily basis.
