With the way things are going a lot more will be leaving the same way a thousand others did. When Hawn says things can't be the way they were he also means that Zenith can't pay the high salaries that CCi did. Each campus has been given salary budgets and that was what the first RIF was about. The plan is to get rid of all high salaries and eventually replace them with lower paid employees if enrollment picks up. They are trying to hire new admissions reps but at a ridiculous low salary. Big problem is no one wants to work for what they are offering. The same is going to happen with instructors next. The higher paid will be terminated with the next RIF.
I spoke my mind at a simular type of meeting. I was very calm and professional. It got me terminated for not being a team player. So go ahead, speak up, see where it gets you.
Round table talks? I can't believe that was anything but a complete vacuum of intellect. Do the round table members get extra credit for showing up and contributing to the vac suction?
I left on my own accord, but y'all bitch when they don't communicate with you and now you bitch when management does attempt to communicate with you. Which one do you want?
