Cust Care announcement has been pushed back to Nov 10. I know this because my brother works for the company that will be taking it over.

Design teams will be next. Fossil brand already has an agency doing the work.
It is pretty sad, that team made fossil what it is. I heard the same that the director of the dept also was in India, so it is not surprising. If fossil isn't an American company with a soul, what is it? I guess it is just a vehicle for one last stock pump before Kosta cashes out and retires. Maybe Tom saw where things were headed with or without him and that is why he left the board in 2010.
He most definitely did meet with them
100% certain. Director, BG met with outsourcing team a while back as a fact-finding meeting. Outsourcing team came back with a hard date once they were able to understand the scope of work.
Those of you in Customer Care need to start the job search now so you're not behind the 8-ball when the bottom falls out.
