Slow your role grasshoppers...most of us are pissed because we lost our jobs to the same people who failed to do them correctly the first time. Regardless of the race...we lost our jobs to people who will do it cheaper...not better. But hey, we all know that when you pay peanuts, you're going to get monkeys right? No, the above post is no from us - it's some idiot mgmt person at Allscripts masquerading using our name.
And no, we're not racists. But they've outsourced the HR and severance process to India - and the folks there are sorely not up to speed on that. So it's the final insult. Fire people, give their jobs to India, and then give the HR function to India, where they manage it poorly and add to the burden of being fired.
