If you haven't watched it, check out our new ad. Sooooo much better than the old CCi ghetto ads. Unfortunately, it's the only improvement I've seen so far, except getting rid of a few RVPs who did absolutely nothing. Hawn - get rid of the leftover CCi management fools and maybe I'll stop looking for a new job. You've lost most of your good people due to one reason -- abusive imbeciles that CCi stocked in the schools and support centers at the level of manager and above. All the competent ones left long ago (or were fired for being ethical). Is "business as usual the CCi way" really what you intended to get across to your new employees? Because if not, you've got a serious communications fumble to recover from, cuz we all heard that loud and clear. Actions speak louder than words, and keeping on the a$$holes who caused the CCi mess is all we needed to see.

Does anyone really think this mess will turn around? In the 4 months since they took over it's gotten worse. Lower enrollment, a huge RIF, Stovall quit, dropping programs, promotions to some the old CCi cronies, resurrection of the old CCi ways and more lay offs and BS coming. Keep hoping and dreaming until you're gone, which will be soon.

It was a lame ad. Go to YouTube and look at our competitors' ads then look at our new one. Pay attention to how their schools, instructors and students come across compared to ours. It was a cheap, thrown together commercial with no professionalism or creativity. It's only better than the ghetto ads because EVERY ad is better than the ghetto ads (and I'm including Sham Wow in that).

Fool, Hawn wants you to keep looking for a new job. The plan is to keep reducing the workforce until it's over. There's no way ECMC is going to be investing "tens of millions" of dollars in this old jalopy.
