Thread regarding Zenith Education Group layoffs

I got a look at the new RIF list and yours truly is on it (thankfully, there are a few less people on it than last time, at least here). So I guess I'll pack up my things and go home to have a few stiff drinks. I worked with some great people at Everest and I also worked with (and was managed by) some serious douche-bags. But that's all water under the bridge now. OK, I was just kidding (made you look and got that old heart of yours beatin' a bit faster, right?). I AM heading out, but it's entirely of my own choice. And my stiff drinks tonight will be part of my "Finally Got Out of Everest Party"!!! I wish you all the best, and don't be shy about asking co-workers for references. I know I wasn't, and I think everyone I approached said they were looking too and I would I be a reference for them. I looked before and didn't find anything that I felt I wanted, so I stopped for awhile to see what would happen with the new ECMC masters. Well, we all know now how that turned out.
