If there's no significant improvement in enrollment for the September start Hawn may pull the plug. Total student population for all three WyoTechs combined is less than 1,000. More layoffs coming at the end of June. Things are not looking very good for students or employees.

Yep all part of DOEs subtle plan to sneak it by the public.....equation is simple. Let the numbers dwindle so less are impacted = school slowly (and most importantly quietly) slides into oblivion! Problem that drew the interest of millions only raises the interest of thousands which is more manageable to handle.
Less than 1,000 for all three!? Is that accurate?
748, a lot of things happened. The younger people don't want to work on cars or trucks anymore. The schools are run down because CCi didn't invest anything in them for the last 6 years. Very bad reputation because of the students that were allowed to graduate in years past. You're correct about the industry needing technicians but no one wants to be auto technicians today. Most of the Wyotech graduates can't get jobs because they can't pass drug testing.
Less than 1,000 students? Are you $hitting me? How the the hell was that allowed to happen? WyoTech has programs in high demand. Your admissions idiots barely even have to lift a finger to get people signed up in this economy. Just unbelievable!
Any chance that community colleges could take Wyotech's over?
