We're getting paid twice as less as you'll, we work twice as more than you'll, we get twice as screwed than you'll and we never really find decent paying jobs anywhere on the market once this disgusting prick of an employment organization has gotten rid of us. We get paid shit in the name of compensation and we're constantly fearing about what's next, or whose next or how many months before we start fearing for the mortgage on our houses or the installment on our college fees. We have to constantly kiss asses of our managers to be in their good books because nobody gives a f about performance anymore. Fire one performer, and get two average douche bags in the price of one! North Americans aren't the only ones who are going through emotional trauma from losing their jobs, us Indians are going through the same and we understand your pain and empathize with it, that doesn't mean we'll take this racist bullshit about AllIndia and us Indians not giving a rat's ass about layoffs.

Bwahahaha! This incoherent rant is a perfect example of the unintelligible gibberish of a typical Allscripts India employee. Now, remember that this is one of the people Allscripts has hired to handle phone calls from the US. Then imagine listening to this kind of garbage repeatedly, day in and day out, over and over and over, all while you're trying to get their c-ap product to work and you'll get a slight understanding of why their company is going down the toilet.
As long as Indians will work for 3 rupees a day, Allscripts will continue to make you "kiss asses of your managers to be in their good books" and "work twice as more than you'll" and "get twice as screwed than you'll". Curious to know how many hours per day you worked? Actual working hours, not including travel time to office, breaks, lunch etc.
You must have been paid very well as the average pay ratio is about 10 -12 Indian employees to one U.S. Employee
