Me and my colleague were principle engineers in OneSubsea working in new product development and we left because
1) Management can be very disrespectful, and yell when simple mistakes are made, you do not do that with highly educated employees that can work anywhere
2) Management lack of formal training and degrees lead to a miss management of resources and horrible decision making. This is very frustrating when your job is to produce the next generation of equipment in under a year.
3) Lack of contracts, no big contracts coming in when competitors are racking in the cash.
4) No chance of pay increased
Now the OSS is down to very talented engineers, Other talented engineers also left.
