Start a nationwide hunt on existing campuses of persons who have been ON A CAMPUS for at least the last year or two to weed out the Johhny come latelys who have been in the trenches through the good the bad and the sickening. Perhaps even send someone in like the Undercover Boss. Find the ones that truly know the ins and outs of campuses. THIS DOES NOT MEAN THE RVPOS OR ANY OF STIGLITCH CRONIES NOR CSC REJECTS - they do NOT know campuses. Hell, many have never been at the campus level or if they have it was during the reign of Jack. Look at CPs, Deans and AD's if there are any left. Yeah this is a business but the business is education and DO NOT look at DOA pukes please- that is all Stiglitch was and ever will be and see where that's leading you.
Now take the few you identify as actually knowing a thing or two and make them Interim Executive Committee or Interim VPs- the worst of then would be better than the Stoval train wreck you orchestrated- to salvage this disaster you call a company.
