Many companies don't issue bonuses on e a notice is given, even if you work on the payout date. Especially retention bonuses. There's a reason they're called that. Some will still issue performance though, but only if you work through the day they're issued. Safest move, give notice the day following payment, unlessyour policies outline it specifically.

Best June 15, payout July 15. You should wait till it hits your bank account before tendering notice. I've seen too many ppl gets screwed by companies about this - don't know about Williams but there's simply too much to risk.
