This guy is beginning to sound like Jack M of CCI. Around this time last year Jack M, CEO of CCI, claimed that his company never done anything wrong and he was ready to prove everyone wrong. Well... A couple of months later shit hit the fan for him and CCI. Here we go again with another idiot claiming his company never done anything wrong. ITT has been in the forefront of wrong doing for a while now. Is not an accident the ITT stock is worth $2.48. This stock was at $30 some time ago. Gene F and his boy Barry S need a wake up call in a jail cell. This is the only way to go. ITT will not be around in 2016.

3604: I agree with you 100%. Thousands of prison inmates are calling unfair legal action against them. Gene and Barry have no idea what kind of trouble they are in. They are as arrogant and nasty as the CCI crooks. The CCI crooks were convinced that they were untouchable and nobody could do anything to them. We now have the ITT crooks thinking the same way. We all know what happened to the CCI untouchables once the DOE "touch" them! Well... this ITT crooks are about to be touched! Closing of ITT is inevitable. I hope the government jails the ITT executives in addition to closing their fraud.
Gene of dreams is the new ITT logo. He still lives and dreams the ITT of 25-30 years ago that actually had programs that students had the opportunity to learn and teachers had the opportunity to teach. Those times are long gone and now is the time of profit and money. Teaching, students and caring about education and true educators is long gone. ITT will be long gone with all those values in a very short time from now. It is so sad to see a thriving honorable and respectable company to end in the hands of Gene and Barry.
I don't know Gene F well enough to say if he is an idiot or not. However, from what he is saying in his statements it can be inferred he is a total idiot. In addition, I know for a fact that "his boy Barry S" is a complete money hungry idiot who cares about his pocket and his bank account more than anything else. Sad but true. They ( Gene and Barry) think that they will be there making money for a long time to come. They are such idiots blinded by money that they can't figure out that this is over. If everything goes well ITT will be history by the end of 2015 and, the two idiots (Gene & Barry) will be in jail.
Gene F certainly has his panties in a wad over all that unfair legal action. Boo hoo! Deal with the reality Gene - ITT is facing scrutiny because many people and agencies think it has done things wrong! Stop trying to play a political card. ITT Tech is no shining example of education regardless of which way we vote.
Does ITT Tech care about graduation rates? Sure. Graduation indicates that the maximum $$$s have been extracted from the student.
Does ITT Tech care about education? No. It deliberately operates policies designed to discourage the upholding of academic standards such as firing Deans for not meeting retention targets (no matter the quality of the "recruits") and blocking acadamic staff from teaching courses if they failed too many last time. These metrics are all presumably based on percentages that somebody in Carmel pulls out of their ass.
Gene shouldn't dare to compare ITT Tech now to 45 years ago. Yes ITT Tech used to have a good reputation and it used to uphold academic standards. The current management ruined it and it is no longer the same company. ITT Corporate must cringe that ITT Tech still uses its name!
If Gene doesn't know the reality of how the campuses are run then he isn't much of a COO. Is everybody in Carmel delusional. Since they like sending each other emails of themselves wearing "ITT Tech Pride" shirts I guess they must be. "ITT Tech Disgrace" would be more realistic.
