that's some bullshit!! to thrive and survive my ass. RJ has had records profits these past few years. No Rome wasn't built in a day but over 1000s of lives were changed overnight when the layoffs happened and put people out in the street....LITERALLY!!! Hope that places sinks fast!! Just glad I'm already out of that hell hole!
Rome was a powerhouse and is now nothing on the world stage. Some of their leaders were crazy (Nero) and directly lead to their downfall. Some even caused revolts with the people of Rome. It actually sounds closer to RJ that you think.

I think making the top 100 IT departments to work for 6 years straight, then dropping off the charts totally once the new management starts pretty much say everything you need to know and points out you do not know what you are talking about.
It's not Bob's company anymore. They do not even own a majority anymore. In case you really didn't read anything on the site, that is one of the main points. It isn't even close to being the great company it once was. You probably just see the sewer tank it is now, but if you were there for 10, 15 years, you would see how it went to a great company to a crappy one.
Senior management has better things to do than respond to your petty and bullshit comments. All this site is a place where ignorant unhappy people former or present associates come to bitch. I don't like everything about my job or some of the policies but have respect and understand that the company must make changes that the world demands to thrive and survive. I've been laid off I've at a company that was raided for fraud and it stung, hit my family hard but RJ is stable and Bob made it that so if you hate RJ so much quit then move on! Go find or start your perfect company. Rome wasn't built in a day and change doesn't happen overnight!
agreed not filling out the survey send a bigger message. the real point behind it is showing they do a survey, not the results. if current and past employees didn't have anything negative to say this site would be a lot less populated with comments. so go ahead and take what these posts say with a grain of salt, but keep in mind how many posts there are and how many are negative comments versus responses from the senior managers who troll this site and tried to defend their Bullshit actions. This is a place where careers and lives go to enjoy an early death.
If you really think the survey is completely anonymous, you are kidding yourself. They can find out who filled out the survey. Most of it will never be shared if everyone told the absolute truth. It is meant as a mind screw and a pep rally.
I'm with the other person. WHY BOTHER????? They never do anything. It is turning into a joke. What if all the associates say the MSB Shit Pit blows? What are they going to do? If MaryShannon stinks as a manager??? Bonuses are substandard??? Pay raises are sub standard? Losing the Fall Festival Stinks?? WHAT ARE THEY GOING TO DO?????
Say a lot of words and do nothing. Let it slip off into the night. What do they care anyway? A bunch of them live in New York. They are NOT long term RJ management. The best message would be for the associates to NOT do the survey. That would say more than doing it. 4% completion rate. That would show what the associates really think.
They never did anything from the last one. Vin had big plans and was going to release the plan, but it never happened. Died on the vine. Buried in the back yard.
