Looks to be fake news. Even if true The newly hired HR people(who came in in last 2 years could have been the target). Unless the old core HR team(who are hand in glove with veteran DMs and DD's ) are replaced there is no hope any good happening in syntel as these old HR guys help DM's prevent good laterals from settling in syntel

That's the best news I have heard so far. The HR were reallt treating exit employees like a piece of crap showing as if they are invincible from the layoff. Let them get a dose of their own medicine.
I wish the delivery directors and delivery managers who are good for nothing are also fired...
How do you know the targets? I heard from a known source HR is also in the line..but dint know the numbers.
