There have been years of continued racist remarks about the off shore resources in India and those US employees of ethnic backgrounds.

Linda nicholas your career is over once allscripts is done. At least 3 people immediately knew it was you simply from the comment of being the manager who makes racist comments. You should be proud that this is how current staff see you. HR do your damn job. Lets see that on your resume. Any prospective company esearching you will drop your resume in the trash as soon as they learn of this. I think this information needs to be reported to wral troubleshooter and newsandobserver. This racist issue is well known among employees but nothing is done. I think its time

Sorry allscripts hr only cares if you are makin comments or remarks about india offshoring since that is the status quo. Outside of that your on your own. If you are black i recommend you carry a taperecorder in your pocket and record this managers comments. Otherwise hr will igore yandor punish you for makin claims until you force their hand with evidence. They are part of the regime and will protect the regime at all cost till the end.
