Not counting STOCK and other perks, it looks like DH as the HR Lead is at $1.5mm for 2014 & more that either CFO or COO!
Does that make any sense whatsoever for a company who does not really care much about their employees and whose input (other than the deep Payroll cuts recently) should realistically have very little input on the bottom line?
All public record and included in 10K filings or even just a quick search for "Fossil Executive Pay".
Probably be good to have a little proof, but it wouldn't be super shocking. HR has been ignoring the concerns of the rank and file forever, just like everybody else.
That equals 250 Offshore employees at $6000 / Year as per the Dallas Morning New article...I'm sure they could provide more value than a single HR resource here so maybe that's next.
