Yes that is true that paid for time bank. I heard that the gm and chief pharm knew week in advance.

I was on my lunch break when they announced that we got shut down. Securirty had to walk me to my supervisor. The director of the building told me what was happening and to get my personnal belongings to take home. Each supervisor had their teams meet in different rooms to get our packets. This was bs! After all we did and worked hard to achieve to be laid off like that without notice. They are giving us a "sub plan pay" but won't get that money unless we file and get unemployment.
My prediction is ESI continue to lose all the contracts and once DOD is no longer there, the company will shut down. You got all the Lean six sigma try to run the company. This is a mail order company not a manufacture company. Express script can kiss my A**.
There was no notice because ESI didn't want their employees to look for other jobs and leave them stranded....like they have just done to the employees. Well, my spouse worked for them and I know a lot of dirt, and I didn't sign anything forbidding me from speaking badly about the company, so you can bet your ass I'm going to tell everything I know to whoever will listen. They will definitely get what's coming to them.
Please keep us updated on severance, etc... As a still employed ESI person at this time, we are heard u all got 60 days pay, all your TB & VAC paid. Is that true? So sorry for your job loss. Companies are so unpredictable anymore.
What a joke... I was just in utter disbelief! How can you be all in for your patients, yet do this to your employees... without so much as a notice of some form... What a joke! How can you just do that to people who worked for you for years and years... way to be "all in" for your patients ESI... So next I guess is the outsourcing.. when we call... we will get someone that we can't even understand...because A.) they don't know any english/spanish and B.) they don't know what the hell they are doing because they aren't trained in any sort of system such as rumba or tmw or apha... they don't know the CS procedures for R&C or A/R... Someone knew what was going on at that site...because all of our employee packets were signed by the HR lady there already...and you can't tell me that in an hour she signed over 200 copies of those letters! Sorry this happened to all of us there at FW Riverside... We will find a better company to work for!
