Has anyone heard about any updates to the merger or brutal take over? I don't think this is going to be pretty for most everyone from the Depot side of things.

Staples pretty much plans to close all OD stores unless they are very profitable with a low monthly lease. They will then change it to a Staples. Same thing if there is an OD and Staples in the same town, they will take the better property and close the other store. The takeover is simply to squash a competitor and gain marketshare.
