You mean give more ammo for the additional cuts that everyone seems so sure are still to come? Solidarity is one thing but if I were in a department that had massive cuts already put in motion and more to come in pretty sure I wouldn't piss away my already accrued PTO day since, if you do get let go in subsequent waves, they have to pay you for that accrued PTO.
