Wednesday will be another bad day, even worse. Remember we're suppose to have a meeting with our supervisor. More lay offs, pay cuts? My thought is now the plans will be hidden because everyone will be expecting individual meetings. It's not over, more people will be leaving on Wednesday, so be ready. I took my stuff home today. Check your mail before you go to work to make sure you're not locked out !!! Don't be surprised if you can't get into the garage. There are so many ways they could have done this better. Reduce salaries (they probably will), lay off all of the supervisors. We have resource managers managing 3 -4 people, Consolidate!! Give staff an option to move to another job. Don't pay expensive vendors and travel. Do a buy out and retirement incentive. Offer a reduced work hour schedule or part-time options. Reduce the benefits. IT is seen as the ugly monster. We will all be replaced with cheap work staff in india or mexico.
