Thread regarding Syntel Inc. layoffs

Syntel asking employee to put employees paper down in system and then not paying any compensation like 3 month notice pay.

Rakesh Nitin is not good CEO, he is not doing right thinks, we never seen this kind of envirorment in syntel but after taking over by Nitin Rakesh everything got changed.

All those who posted comments and are affected by Syntel's cruel action, lets contact and meet at some common point. Chennai guys have logged a complaint against Syntel. why cant we unite and do something ?

Well, this is not the matter of person like to dislikes. Currently he is company CEO and he need to come-up front and talk about this matter to company employee. This is just personal opinion and I don't no if others thinks the same way or not. Leaders are taking leads and responsibilities up front and guide other. I don't want to comments on like or dislikes.

As a matter, I saw Syntel asked senior people to go (those are working for 10, 15, 20 year -loyal ppl). as well as few year experience without giving proper notice and any compensation of it. Syntel asked them to submit there resignation in system and leave after that. If someone asked for compensation then HR told to those ppl that if you need compensation then they will right "Termination" in releasing latter. tell me who over read this is this fair game? and what if Syntel ask employee to serve 3 month notice period if they resign. Anyway long in short that "Always think before joining the SYNTEL LTD, SYNTEL INC or any SYNTEL". Overall I feel bad for all the ppl ask to go without proper justice. May be issue with Management or HR people to deal with real people.
